Here’s a neat trick using the insulation itself when you need to crimp a copper tube or lug terminal onto very flexible, fine-stranded class 6 conductors.
In this video, we’ve used a Klauke battery-powered hydraulic crimping tool to crimp a 70mm sq class 6 conductor.
